All bookings require a 50% upfront deposit.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the booking is canceled for any reason.

How far in advance should I book the Mobile Bar?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For peak wedding season (spring and fall), 2–3 months is ideal.
Do you travel outside of Minnesota?
Yes, we travel anywhere in the US. Events within Minnesota have no travel fee. For destinations beyond, a small travel fee will be added to your quote.
How many guests can the Mobile Bar accommodate?
We accommodate any guest count. The Signature Bar is perfect for 25–100+ guests. For larger events, we can add additional specialists and stations.
Can I customize the fragrance selection for my event?
Absolutely. For The Signature Bar, you can choose 8–10 scents from our collection. For The Bespoke Atelier, we create a completely custom scent for your event.
